Finding meaning through people and passion. I believe that the most fulfilling part of my role is in that moment when I solve a problem that has a significant impact on a client’s company and its people. Throughout the growth of wCyber as a company, I have focused on building a foundation that empowers employees and innovates for clients. Having worked in difficult and toxic environments, I am aware of how important it is to create an elastic workspace that inspires and engages people. Because people are the reason why our clients get amazing service and solutions.

Unique solutions that really reflect client needs and resolve client problems. This is my mandate as the co-founder of wCyber and defines how I work with people to achieve their goals, as companies and as leaders. Over the past few years, my focus has been on ensuring that wCyber remains agile and collaborative so we can always take advantage of the opportunities that come our way and bring something unique to the table. I believe that we are the right fit for organisations looking for dynamic solutions created by a passionate team of people.

I believe in innovation. This comes from people, from allowing our employees to excel in ICT because they have the tools and the space they need to explore fresh ways of resolving client challenges. I think that we can solve any problem if we apply enough effort, perseverance and resources. I also think that our people are our most important resource.
